Barista pouring milk into a cup behind a walnut coffee bar

Est. 2014 · Fitzrovia, London

Coffee, made slowly.

A small room, a short menu, and beans roasted a few miles from where you are standing.

The house

Three things done properly, and nothing else.

01

Single origin

One rotating espresso and one filter, chosen each week with our roaster in Bermondsey.

02

Baked at dawn

Laminated pastries and sourdough finished in-house before the doors open.

03

Room to sit

Sixteen seats, warm light and no rush. Stay as long as the cup lasts.

Flat white and a croissant on a stone table

This week

Ethiopia Guji, washed — stone fruit and bergamot.

Pulled as a 1:2 espresso or brewed slowly on the V60. Ask for a taste before you commit; we would rather you loved it.
